Services

Personal Dynamics Coaching is client focused. Your programme is as individual as you are and is designed to suit your needs. Some issues are resolved very quickly and only require short term coaching. Some other clients like the benefit of working with me for several months.

Each session consists of:

– 50 minutes direct coaching (either by Skype, Zoom, or on the phone)
– E-mail support
– Individually designed exercises and tasks

Procedure

I conduct Skype or Zoom coaching sessions (plus e-mail support). Many clients prefers this method as they can remain in their home or office where they feel at ease and without the need to travel, they maximise their time.

Fees

£75.00 per session
(Discount of £5.00 per session for 4 or more sessions booked and paid in advance)
