How does Personal Dynamics Coaching work?

Personal Dynamics Coaching is client focused. Your programme is as individual as you are and is designed to suit your needs.

Once we are clear on what you want we start working on removing the blocks and limiting beliefs that stand between you and your dreams; then we manage any challenges that may arise along the journey until you reach your destination.

Each session provides:

– 50 minutes direct coaching (either on Skype, Zomm, or on the phone)
– E-mail support
– Individually designed exercises and tasks

Most of the results, the growth and the learning happen between the sessions.
My Coaching motivates and guides you from where you are now to where you really want to be.

I work a lot with people that are experiencing relationship issues; looking for romance, wanting that 'perfect partner', or desiring to improve certain aspects of their existing relationships

I help my clients to understand how the Law of Attraction works and how to use it to their advantage.
Together we work on removing the blockages that stands in the way of your dreams and develop a clear vision of the desired future.

How much does it cost?

Some issues are resolved very quickly and only require short term coaching. Some other clients like the benefit of working with me for several months.

Fees for Personal coaching:
£75.00 per session
(Discount of £5.00 per session for 4 or more sessions booked and paid in advance)

Each session provides:

– E-mail support
– Individually designed exercises and tasks

I don't live in your area; can you still coach me?

Yes; I conduct Skype, Zoom or phone coaching sessions (plus e-mail support).
We agree on a mutually suitable time and you call me for your coaching session.
Many clients prefers this method as they can remain in their home or office where they feel at ease and without the need to travel, they maximise their time.
