What is The Law of Attraction?

The truth is that in every single moment of your life you are creating your reality, either deliberately or by default. You are attracting into your life whatever you give your attention, focus and energy to.

The Sages and Masters throughout the ages have been explaining that we shape our destiny with our thoughts, that we are in charge of our lives, that everything we see or experience we have attracted ourselves with our thinking, either consciously or unconsciously, through the Law of Attraction.

Many Spiritual and 'New Thought' philosophies, such as Science of Mind teach that our dominant thoughts will always find a way to manifest. We do not necessarily create in our life, the things, events and circumstances that we want but those that we consistently focus on.

What is EFT?
